Buchanan spa covers offers a high quality custom made cover using the best material there is to offer. we use a marine grade vinyl that is rated at approximately 2500 sunlight hours. we use a weather resistant dabond polyester thread and a durable virgin 1 # eps for the inserts.

Our pricing applies to almost all spa covers with dimensions up to 96” in any direction. any shape not shown below, please note that there is an extra charge and a template may be required. 7-10 Day Production time.
