Dallas Foam is proud of its expanding national customer base and we want to clarify any misconceptions about our shipping program. All of the major common carriers calculate cost based on a “Dimensional Weight”.

An example of dimensional weight would be if a box were to be shipped that measured 24” length x 24” width x 24” height. The box only would weigh about 8 pounds, but the “billed weight” (judged by the dimensions of the box) would be 70 pounds. What this actually means is that our customers pay by the dimensions of the box. This also means that an estimate may only be given on the shipping charge because we will not know what the actual price will be until the order is boxed.

Dallas Foam has a $15.00 minimum on all cake dummy orders.

Allow 3-5 business days for processing orders before shipment.

Dallas Foam does not ship to Post Office boxes.
