Dallas foam incorporated was established in 1971 as a foam molding company. we were one of the largest custom foam molders in the 1970’s. we started fabricating foam with hand held hot wire cutting tools. Larry Buchanan, the companies founder, invented and developed hot wire machines, which took fabricating to a whole new level. Dallas foams ideas still exist in almost every foam fabricating facility in the country. our foam products and our hot wire cutting equipment have tested the hands of time! if we don’t have a machine to cut your product, we will build it!
